In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 10

01/04/2020

Today was a very scary day. We had to go outside into the big wide world...

Day 9

31/03/2020

Been stuck indoors now for just over a week and finding a routine to help us get through the days. However, having spoken to others going through a similar thing the main problem, next to the boredom is the over-eating!

Day 8

30/03/2020

One advantage of the clocks going forward this weekend is it's probably going to take a few days for our little one to get up to speed with the new time - this morning he very kindly decided to lay in until 8am (7am in old money), this is unheard of for him. As a rule of thumb he's normally up by 6 at the latest, so this was a treat....
