I am just a simple grandad, who worries and cares far too much, in equal proportions.

My wife and I look after 3 children, all who have spent time in the care system, the children aged 19, 17 & 3 all have problems of some kind.

This is our story of spending 12 weeks in isolation, being "shielded" as the government have called it, from the deadly Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Hopefully while reading this people will get an idea of what we have gone through, to enable us to come out of the other side, hopefully as a stronger family unit.
