In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 82

12/06/2020

Spent most of the day in the garden today, wasn't the best weather wise, but it was nice to just be able to get outside.

Day 81

11/06/2020

Today was a bit of a funny day. It started with our usual Thursday fry-up - still trying to stay in the holiday mood, although the weather hasn't been quite so "holiday" lately - although, to be fair maybe it is British holiday weather!

Day 80

10/06/2020

A wet day in Kent - again - mind you it wasn't our usual start, as we had to leave the house today! It is that once every 3 weeks trip to the hospital for bloods. My wife has to have her bloods checked for any irregularities in her white blood cells and we make the trip to Maidstone tri-weekly....
