In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 79

Bit brighter today here in Kent, which was nice, as the past couple of days hadn't been too bright, which meant we have been stuck indoors a bit more than we would have liked.

Day 78

Well thank heavens for shopping deliveries, as without our usual Monday morning Asda delivery we would have had nothing to do today. It was another day with pretty much nothing going on, so the appearance of the little green van was a welcome distraction.

Day 77

Oh my word - 11 weeks, 77 days, 1,848 hours, 110,880 minutes. I know, it seems ridiculous how quickly the time has gone for such a long period of time, but it has. Depending what information you take from the government, we either have one week to go, or 3. Mind you, I'm not quite sure what happens then, but...
