In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 28

19/04/2020

Well that's 4 weeks done - doesn't seem like 7 days ago when I was saying 3 weeks done, but clearly it was! It is quite surprising how quickly the time has gone. There have been days that have dragged, mainly those where the weather hasn't been too good, but all in all it hasn't dragged too much!

Day 27

18/04/2020

Better day today, shit stuff has been put on the backburner for now, too much living to be done for that to get in the way at the moment. Will need to be dealt with, but not now, can wait for another day!

Day 26

17/04/2020

Sorry, I was late putting this up - had a really bad day yesterday. Nothing to do with the virus or being shielded, or even my wife's condition.
