In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 88

A late start today, in bed until 9am, well I say in bed, when in fact we were watching Turbo - again! - currently little one's favourite film. It's one of those strange things, having an autistic child in the house, you try and impose change on them, but gradually it sinks in that rather than trying to force what...

Day 87

Well, after waking in the early hours of the morning, we would have expected our little one to have slept in, but he didn't and was up no later than normal. He came into bed with us, where we watched a bit of TV, before starting the day!

Day 86

Weather was decent here in Kent today. Didn't really have a lot to do, so spent most of the day in the garden.
