In Isolation

I thought I would just like to put pen to paper, well fingers to keyboard, and document my families time spent while in 12 week isolation from coronavirus (Covid-19).

My wife falls into the high risk category, as she is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma (blood cancer) and has been given the stark government advice to stay indoors and see no-one, don't go out, don't pass go and definitely don't collect £200. We are all joining her on her 12 week journey - hopefully by which time things may have changed for the better.

Day 103

03/07/2020

Well I don't think I've done too bad, it has taken 103 days before I couldn't be arsed to do my daily blog on time, so this was written on Saturday morning. It's a shame, as it has been quite a good catalogue of what we have been going through, even if some of it is just tedious boring normality!...

Day 102

02/07/2020

Today was fry-up Thursday. I do love a good fry-up, bacon, eggs, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes and not forgetting black pudding - I know that black pudding isn't to everyone's taste, but I love it! All round a good start to the day.

Day 101

01/07/2020

101, no not Dalmations, but days - 101 days of going no further than our back garden, with the exception of treatment days! Today was one such day as my wife had a PET scan.
